                 Donald A. Faulhaber, Jr.

                              1940 – 2025

For more than 65 years, Donald A. Faulhaber, Jr. dedicated his life to serving families with compassion, dignity, and professionalism. As a second-generation funeral director and licensed embalmer, he carried on the legacy established by his parents, Donald and Lenore Faulhaber, who founded Faulhaber Funeral Home in 1951.

A proud graduate of Brecksville-Broadview Heights High School, Miami University, and the Cincinnati College of Mortuary Science, Don was respected throughout the funeral profession for his expertise, mentorship, and unwavering commitment to excellence.

Beyond funeral service, Don was a passionate advocate for preserving local history. As a founding member and trustee of the Broadview Heights Historical Society, he helped establish the Broadview Heights Historical Museum, authored Images of America: Broadview Heights, and was appointed Official Historian of Broadview Heights in recognition of his dedication to the community.

Don's greatest pride was his family and the continuation of the family's tradition of service through his daughter, Robin M. Ferrara, a third-generation funeral director.

His legacy of compassion, integrity, and service lives on in the countless families he served, the community he helped preserve, and the generations who will continue to benefit from his life's work.

Robin Faulhaber-Ferrara has devoted 31 years to the profession as a licensed funeral director, continuing a proud family legacy. She is the third generation of the Faulhaber family to serve the community in this vital role, demonstrating a steadfast commitment to providing compassionate care during life's most challenging moments.

Robin's dedication extends beyond her professional responsibilities. She is an active and involved member of Assumption Church.  Her involvement with the church underscores her commitment to her faith and the importance she places on community and family values.

Robin's educational background is impressive; she is a proud alumna of Revere High School and Bowling Green State University. Her academic achievements laid a strong foundation for her career, equipping her with the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in her field.

Through her work and community involvement, Robin continues to honor her family's legacy while making a positive impact on those around her. Her story is one of dedication, service, and unwavering support for her community.

Jeff has been a licensed funeral director since 2004, bringing two decades of experience and compassion to his profession. His academic journey began at Trinity High School, followed by his pursuit of higher education at the University of Phoenix, where he earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management. This educational foundation has equipped him with the skills necessary to excel in his field.

Beyond his professional life, Jeff is deeply rooted in his community. He is an active member of Assumption Church, demonstrating his commitment to his faith and the spiritual growth of his community. His dedication extends to civic engagement as well; Jeff is a proud member of Knights of Columbus,  the North Royalton – Broadview Heights Rotary Club and The Lion’s Club of Broadview Heights. These organizations are well-known for their philanthropic efforts and community service, and Jeff's involvement underscores his commitment to making a positive impact.

Furthermore, Jeff serves on the cemetery board in the Village of Richfield. This role allows him to contribute to the maintenance and respectful management of local burial grounds, ensuring they are preserved with dignity for future generations.

In all aspects of his life, Jeff exemplifies dedication, service, and a strong sense of community, making him a respected and valued member of every organization he is part of.
