Wael Moawad

Wael Moawad, entered into the eternal Kingdom of Heaven on May 15, 2026, surrounded by the love and prayers of his family. Born in Cairo, Egypt, Wael lived a life deeply rooted in faith, love, and devotion to God and his family. His relationship with the Lord was steadfast and unwavering, and he carried his faith through every season of his life. Wael was a devoted husband, loving father, caring brother, and loyal friend whose kindness and generosity touched countless lives. He always put his family before himself and always led his life with compassion, humility, and grace. His love for the Lord was reflected in his actions and the way he cared for others. Though our hearts are heavy with his passing, we rejoice in knowing that he is now in eternal peace with the Lord whom he loved so deeply. 

Wael is survived by his beloved wife, Nehal Gerges, his loving children, Marina and Simon Moawad, and his cherished sisters, Enjy, Ereny, and Abeer. He also leaves behind many beloved family members and dear friends whose lives were deeply touched by his love, generosity, and unwavering faith. “I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith.”- 2 Timothy 4:7
