Mirjana Sucevic (nee Liposcak), age 59, passed away on September 28, 2025, peacefully at home surrounded by her family. Born on September 25,1966, in Ogulin, Croatia, to the late Franjo and Durdica Liposcak.

Mirjana was the loving wife of Nedeljko Sucevic for over 40 years. She was a devoted mother to Maja (Andi), Milijana (Zlatko), and Dobrica (Kenzie). Cherished grandmother of Izabella, Leonardo, Luka, Dario, and Mason. Dearest sister of Dobrislav (Slavica). Aunt of Darija (Ivan). Dear Kuma and friend of many.

Mirjana’s story was one of strength. She taught her family the value of perseverance, the dignity of hard work, and the importance of being of service to others.

Mirjana was dedicated to her career and the growth of those she mentored. Throughout the battle of her illness, she showed up to work with that same work ethic, smile, and candy at her desk to brighten someone’s day.

Her greatest joy was spending time with family and playing with her grandchildren. Mirjana’s kindness, generosity, and unwavering love will live on through her family.

Visitation will be held at the DONALD A. FAULHABER FUNERAL HOME, 7915 Broadview Road (at Sprague) on Wednesday, October 1st from 5-8 pm with a Pomen service at 7:30 pm. and also on Thursday, October 2  - 11:00 am until 12:00 pm. 

A prayer service will be held on Thursday, October 2nd at 12 noon at the funeral home followed by a funeral service at St. Sava Serbian Orthodox Church, 2151 W. Wallings Road at 12:15 PM. V. Rev. Dragoslav Kosic officiating. Following the funeral service please join us for food and refreshments to celebrate the life of Mirjana.

Interment St. Sava Cemetery.
