In Loving Memory of Malak Saba

With profound sadness, we announce the passing of our beloved Malak Saba, a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, physician, and faithful servant of God. She was blessed to share more than 62 years of marriage with her beloved husband, Dr. Robert Farag, building a life rooted in love, faith, family, and service. She was the loving mother of Engineer Ramy Farag, his wife Mona, and their children Danielle and Dominique; and Dr. Rosemary Farag, her husband Dr. Ibrahim, and their children Yostina (Ameer) and Verena (George).

A dedicated obstetrician for more than 40 years, Malak touched countless lives through her profession, compassion, wisdom, and commitment to caring for others. Beyond her medical career, she devoted herself wholeheartedly to serving her church and community. Among her many acts of love and service, she loved to knit blankets, hats, and socks for orphans; care for the elderly and the sick; prepare meals for the homeless; babysit children at elementary schools; and lovingly serve coffee at the annual church festival for more than 20 years. She cherished Bible studies, Agpeya prayers, the Divine Liturgies, and Coptic sermons, and was an active and faithful member of the daily prayers service.

May her blessed memory be eternal, and may the Lord grant her eternal rest in His heavenly kingdom.

The family will receive condolences on Wednesday, September 2nd from 6-8 pm at St. Mark Coptic Orthodox Church, located at 2100 East Pleasant Valley Road, Seven Hills Ohio 44131. The funeral service will be held on Thursday, September 3rd at 11:00 am at St. Mark Coptic Orthodox Church. Burial will be immediately following at Riverside Cemetery, and back to the church for the third prayer.

May her blessed memory be eternal, and may the Lord grant her eternal rest in his heavenly kingdom.
