Kirsten Marie Swan, age 54, passed away September 15, 2025. Loving mother of Patrick Bowman (his father, Sean Bowman). Beloved daughter of Paul and Michal. Cherished sister of Karrie Swan LaRock (Frank). Dear aunt of Evelyn, Sam, Joe, and John. Significant other of Matt Anderson. She was also known as "Nana K" to Matt's grandchildren.

Friends may call at the Donald A. Faulhaber Funeral Home, 7915 Broadview Road (at Sprague), Broadview Heights on Friday, October 3 from 4-8 pm.
Services will be held on Saturday, October 4 at 10:30 am at Richfield United Church of Christ, 4340 W. Streetsboro Road, Richfield, 44286.
Entombment W. Richfield Cemetery. A luncheon will follow at church immediately after the cemetery.
