George W Bihun

George W. Bihun, age 72, Beloved husband of Fran (nee Belfiore) for 40 years. Cherished father of Kristin Conway, Dana Sabre (Edward), George (Cait), and Tim (Kara). Loving grandfather of Gabe and Veda. Dear son of Alberta and George (deceased). Dearest brother of Monica Claybon (Bob), Sharon Fountain (Guerry), Bobby (deceased), Dennis (Laura-deceased), and Kathy Rogers (Chip). Brother-in-law of Maria Oryl (Larry-deceased), Biagio, and Sebastian (Teresa). Beloved uncle and friend of many.

George spent many years working at Independence Excavating and was a proud life member of Local 18 for over 50 years. He was known for his strong work ethic, love of the outdoors, dependability, and deep devotion to his family. Above all, he was an exceptional grandfather.

A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Tuesday, December 23, 2025 at 10:00 am at Assumption Church, 9183 Broadview Road. Everyone is asked to please meet at church.

Interment to follow at All Saints Cemetery.
