In Loving Memory of Floyd Anthony Lesti November 14, 1943 – October 21, 2026 It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Floyd Anthony Lesti, age 82, who peacefully passed away at his home. Beloved husband of the late Enrichetta (Rhea) (nee Vitale), Loving father of Anna Maria, Anthony (Cindy), and Nicholas (Cassie); cherished grandfather of Kara (Steve), Nico, and Ella; and proud great-grandfather of Ava, Andrew, and Samuel. He was the son of the late Anthony and Anna, and dear brother of the late Yola Duvall, Alfred, John, and Claude.

Floyd was the youngest of five children raised in Garfield Heights, Ohio. His parents, Anna and Anthony, immigrated to the United States from Italy and raised their family with strong values, traditions, and an unbreakable bond. Floyd honorably served in the United States Air Force, during which he formed the musical band The Dudes with friends, playing his double-neck guitar at local venues and dances. Following his service, he returned home, married Rhea the love of his life and together they raised their three children, whom they adored tremendously. Floyd devoted himself wholeheartedly to his wife and family. He treasured life in every circumstance and encouraged love and peace throughout his journey. Floyd will be dearly missed by all who knew him. We will forever love you.

VISITATION Tuesday, October 27 from 3-8 pm at Faulhaber Funeral Home, 7915 Broadview Road (at Sprague Road).

Prayers at the funeral home on Wednesday, October 28, at 10:30 am followed by a Mass of Christian burial at St. Matthias Church, 1200 W. Sprague Road at 11:00 am

Interment Knollwood Cemetery.
