Elizabeth “Beth” Warner, Beloved daughter of Benton and Janet (both deceased). Dear sister of Susan (David) Mackenzie, twin of Ellen Ladik, and Mary (Ronald) Smith. Aunt of Jean Robinson, Katherine Mackenzie, Elizabeth Ladik-Pitkin and James Ladik. Lovingly cared for by the staff of Blossom Hill for 30 years. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to Haven Home, 10983 Abbey Road, North Royalton, Oh 44133.
