Joan P Kules

Joan P. Kules (nee Kelly), age 82, passed away after a 12-year battle with metastatic breast cancer. Beloved mother of Beth Truxel, Kevin (Karen), and Kelly (Jim) Lanigan. Grandmother of Brenna, Deirdre, Nicole and Jacob. Dear daughter of Lawrence and Elizabeth (both deceased). Joan was a graduate of Ohio University, was a freelance journalist for many local publications, was an avid swimmer and was a member of several philanthropic organizations.
