Fred I Amels, age 81, passed away June 29, 2011. Beloved husband of Waltraud (nee Christensen) for 58 years. Dear father of Larry (Barbara), Nancy (Brian), and Sandra. Grandfather of 9, Great-grandfather of 9. FRIENDS MAY CALL AT THE DONALD A. FAULHABER FUNERAL HOME, 7915 Broadview Road (at Sprague) where services will be held on Saturday, July 2 at 9:30 AM. Interment Brooklyn Heights Cemetery. VISITING HOURS FRIDAY 4-7 PM.
